Structure
The company is structured as a joint stock company, with a collective management body - Board of Directors. Its participants distribute among themselves the responsibilities related to management, ensuring complete interchangeability of their duties. The share capital is distributed among the founders of the company, who actively participate in the process of its management. There is an opportunity to expand the volume and types of activities, which the company performs, through partnership with companies having similar and complementary activities, as well as by restructuring and increasing shareholders and share capital.

The company was established in 2007. by enthusiasts working up to this point in “Energy engineering” Ltd. The main idea is to create a company with a collective management body, which can successfully cope with the challenges of uninterrupted servicing of electrical equipment, development of activities on their design and construction and, above all, avoiding the disadvantages of the uniform structure of equalization. Thanks to the experience and dedication of the people who believed in us and built the main human resource in the company, proper structuring and management of resources and skillful leadership, the development of the company exceeded the expectations at its establishment
