The partnership platform is a natural response to the problems caused by the existing deficits of quality personnel and limited financial potential for the implementation of activities requiring a large resource provision.

Relations between partners are built and developed on the basis of mutual trust, cooperation, mutual aid developed on the basis of contracts concluded between them.

The partners retain their legal, financial and economic independence, providing part of their resources for a fee under agreed terms. This ensures an increase in their efficiency and usability, as well as significant operational efficiency in the implementation of activities.

The program was developed to meet the existing needs of servicing electricity facilities owned by one of the partners or third parties and is tied to highly efficient use of limited resources.

The goal is to ensure a significant economic effect and financial result for maximum satisfaction of the needs of the respective client, by pooling the resources and potential of partners.

The partnership platform enables customizable integration to different business profiles and platforms, with the main priorities being:

• Construction of electrical facilities;

• Joint management of energy farms and facilities owned by third parties;

• Development of generating capacities;

• Development of energy efficient technologies;

• Collaborative resource management.

The company works and develops a partnership program in two aspects:

• Option 1: Partnership with large companies for maintenance and service of electrical equipment, which are their property or leased under contract;

  • In the case of short-term contracts - a service model is applied without the deployment of permanent staff at the client's respective workplace;

  • In the case of long-term contracts - A subscription service model and permanent deployment of Delta Star AD's own staff at the client's respective production sites is applied;

  • Client Personnel Management Programa – A model is applied in which the staff serving the facilities is administratively subordinate to the client, but operationally subordinate to management personnel from "Delta Star" JSC

• Option 2: Partnership with companies from the branch for construction and maintenance of electrical facilities:

  • The leading partner in this type of partnership is the company with greater capital and operating resources, ensuring the negotiation of the relevant activity and its financing;

  • Contracts are short-term within the framework of the execution of certain contracts or part of them.

• Option 3: Partnership in connection with the development and construction of new facilities, generating capacities and innovative technologies, which is carried out with:

  • Highly qualified specialists and consultants:

  • Specialized design teams;

  • Closely specialized companies for the construction of the relevant facilities;
