Contract with "Sofia Airport Center" EAD

On the occasion of the construction of a new logistics building class "A", the company received an invitation to participate from "Sofia Airport Center" EAD.

The negotiations were led by the executive director of "Delta Star" AD.

After specifying details including individual stages of project implementation, the company entered into a participation agreement, as electrical installation safety coordinator.

The activity includes supervision of the Low and Medium voltage systems to be built, substations and external power connections.

The project will implement the expansion of the logistics platform of Sofia Airport Center (SAC), by building new 5000m² logistics areas and 700m² offices.

The construction will take place on the territory of the existing business complex in the capital, located in the immediate vicinity of an airport "Vasil Levski".

The investor of the project is the international investment platform Revetas Capital.

Based on the significant reserve for new construction on the territory of Sofia Airport Center, investors Revetas Capital has stated strategy, for phased growth of the project as a logistics campus.
