In connection with the planned reorganization of the activities for servicing and repairing industrial facilities, mechanisms and machines from a significant industrial investor in the country, "Delta Star" AD received an invitation to participate in talks and consultations on this topic. The need for such a step is dictated by the need to form capable teams for repair and support of industrial equipment. It counts, that the lack of qualified specialists and the limited possibilities for uniting the few remaining ones into effectively operating teams, is already a major factor in maintaining the operability of production enterprises, and probably for their survival. The main factors for this situation are the country's demographic situation and the collapse of the educational system, which go from negatively influencing, in strongly inhibiting the development of the business environment in our country.
The key question facing every industry sector at the moment is: How to provide the necessary human resources, possessing the necessary qualifications, and how to bring them together in productive teams and structures. Any structure, which failed to find an adequate solution to this problem, is about to become part of the crisis situation, formed by these circumstances. This will be a serious obstacle to the recovery of the amounts on the used loans, both the business and the state budget, which, in turn, will form a secondary impact on all spheres and activities in the state. It is obviously time to join forces to take adequate actions in this direction. The received invitation is a good start to find new adequate forms to search for a solution to these questions.
