Major projects:

- - The overhaul activities have been in preparation for more than a year, since in April 2024 the company officially announced its four-year investment program.

  - Second major project, in which DELTA STAR AD takes a direct part in the "Electrical systems" part - this is the replacement of two dry electrofilters (SEF-1 and SEF-2), with new ones, which improves the environmental performance of the plant.
  - Third main and important project for AURUBIS, in which DELTA STAR AD also takes a direct part, is the largest upgrade of the Sulfuric Acid Production facilities (PSK-1 installation), which is obtained as a by-product, from 20 years ago.

Main activities, implemented by the company in the project "Reconstruction of an installation for the production of Sulfuric Acid PSK-1":

- - Construction of a new cable route with WSL400/105 cable grid, along an existing cable trestle, with a total length 400 meters.
  - Pulling and laying of LAPP ÖLFLEX power supply cables^® CLASSIC 100 H, 5G150 sq.mm and 4G185 sq.mm, from the LV distribution system of an existing in-plant P/st, directly to the most powerful consumers, driven by electric motors with power in the order of 250 – 400 kW
  - Installation of power distribution and control el. board.
  - Construction of cable routes, deviations from the main ones, for pulling and laying power and control cables.
  - Mounting, connection and testing of control devices and instruments (Thermal twins, Pressure transmitters, Manual samples from different areas of the system, etc.), part of the SCADA and instrumentation systems of "Sulphurous Acid Production". The activities are carried out with the assistance of colleagues from the Aurubis team from Main control room of PSK-1..
  - Construction of a new grounding system with a 40/4mm stainless steel bar, in order to equalize the potentials between the existing grounding installations of the internal plant P/st and the main facilities of PSK-1 - Contact Apparatus, Heat exchangers and gas pipelines.
